Common silica rubber
Silica for the rubber industry is widely used in reinforcing and filling various rubber products. It has good processing properties and suitable rubber physical properties, and is characterized by low impurities, high transparency, and high stability.
Application fields: tires, rubber hoses, rubber flooring, shoe soles, rubber conveyor belts, rubber rollers, rubber adhesives, rubber antioxidants, etc. The product particle size can be customized according to customer requirements.

Silica for rubber auxiliaries
Silica rubber additive, as a reinforcing agent, improves rubber tensile strength, tear strength, and wear resistance. It enhances the stability of rubber at high temperatures, extending its service life. It reduces rolling resistance and improves skid resistance, making it suitable for high-performance tires.

Fumed silica in silicone rubber
Fumed silica for silicone rubber possesses high purity, low metal ion content, low electrical conductivity, anti-yellowing properties, and excellent processability. Its applications in HTV, RTV, and LSR silicone rubber increase strength (tear resistance) and superior electrical conductivity, improve rubber mechanical strength and stable viscosity, while maintaining the high transparency and non-yellowing properties of the silicone rubber itself.
Application areas: Sealants, cables, seals, colored rubber tubes, mobile phones, computer keyboards, battery separators, and other fields. Particle size can be customized according to customer requirements.

Feed additive silica
Feed-grade silicon dioxide is a high-purity, free-flowing, high-oil-absorption, and low-dust silicon dioxide. We recommend it as a carrier to convert any liquid into a free-flowing powder, and as a glidant and anti-caking agent in easily caking powdery substances.
Application fields: VE (vitamin E), silicone-type choline chloride, flavoring agents, allicin, anti-enzymatic agents, acidulants, flavoring agents, antioxidants, oxygen scavengers, and other feed additives. Wettable powders and water-dispersible granules in agricultural products as absorbents. Glidant for high-fat content products, anti-caking and glidant for glucose, veterinary drugs, etc. Product particle size can be customized according to customer requirements.

Silica in paints and coatings
